WORLD WIDE COVERAGE – This policy will cover loss from an accident (except as defined herein) with no restrictions as to the country or territory in which it occurs.
WHILE THIS POLICY IS IN EFFECT – If an injury suffered by the insured shall result in any of the specified losses described in the Schedule of Benefits within ninety days after the date of the accident causing injury, the company will pay the amount determined from the Schedule of Benefits. It will pay for only one loss for any one accident. If more than one loss is sustained as the result of the accident, payment will be made for the loss for which the greatest amount is payable. This payment will be made subject to all provisions and conditions of this policy. If a loss results in a one-half benefit being paid, the policy will continue in force for one-half the amount of benefit shown in the Schedule of Benefits until such time as the full amount of benefit has been paid or to expiration date.
AMOUNT OF BENEFIT – Payable is as shown in the schedule above.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS – At the time of claim you or your beneficiary have the option of receiving the benefits payable under the above Schedule of Benefits in one lump sum or in monthly installments not to exceed a thirty year period.
